• All prices on our website are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

2. Orders & Payments

• All payments must be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) using the available payment methods listed on our website.
• Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.
• If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided, the customer will be responsible for any additional delivery charges resulting from the address error.

3. Delivery Policy

• Estimated delivery times are:
  • Dhaka & Chattogram: 2–3 working days
  • Other locations in Bangladesh: Up to 7 working days
• Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, strikes, public holidays, courier delays, political unrest, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
• If a customer refuses to accept an order at the time of delivery, the customer will be responsible for any applicable return or delivery charges.

4. Closed-Box Delivery System

To maintain product safety, quality control, and prevent product tampering, OZ Beauty Deals follows a closed-box delivery system.

• Products are securely packed and sealed before shipment.
• Customers must complete the payment to the delivery personnel before opening the package.
• After payment, customers may open and inspect the package in front of the delivery personnel, where applicable.
• Customers are encouraged to record an unboxing video when opening the package. This may be required for verification in case of any product-related issue or damage.

5. Product Information & Liability

• We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product information, descriptions, and images displayed on our website are accurate.
