1. Exchange & Return Eligibility

Products may be returned or exchanged only if they meet the conditions below:

• The product must be completely unopened, unused, and intact in its original packaging.
• The original invoice or receipt must be presented with the product.
• Liquid and semi-liquid products are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.

 

2. Faulty or Damaged Products

If a product appears to be damaged or faulty during shipment, the issue must be checked and reported immediately at the time of delivery.

Customers must either:

• Check the product in front of the delivery personnel, where applicable; or
• Provide a clear, continuous unpacking/unboxing video showing the condition of the product upon opening.

After receiving the necessary information or evidence, our team will verify the product’s condition. The return, refund, or exchange request will be reviewed and approved only after verification by OZ Beauty Deals.

Claims made after the delivery has been accepted, without valid verification or evidence, may not be considered.

 

3. Refund Policy

If an order was paid for through one of the payment methods available on our website, and the product is returned in accordance with the conditions of this policy, the eligible amount may be refunded through the applicable payment method after verification and approval.

For orders placed through Cash on Delivery (COD), customers must pay the applicable return delivery charge when returning an eligible product.

 

4. Important Conditions

• Refunds are only processed after the returned product has been received and verified by OZ Beauty Deals.
• The product must meet all applicable return conditions to qualify for a refund or exchange.
• Products that have been opened, used, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original packaging may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
• Liquid and semi-liquid products are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
